Approved and notified by Council of China national arts fund on June 29, 2017, Mr. Liu Xiaobiao, a teacher from School of Music and Dance of HUHST got the 2017 Young, Artistic and Creative Talents Project of China National Arts Fund.  

It is reported that this project funds creative activities of young artists who are under 40 years old. It encourages artistic exploration and innovation, promotes diversity, inspires creativity, cultivates creative people and reserves talents. In 2017, China National Arts Fund provided financial assistance to 348 young, artistic and creative talents. Mr. Liu Xiaobiao's group dance "Warm Experience That Looking for the Child " was funded.
